We'll really be uncorking our creativity this time! Artisan Jewelry designer Beth Wicker will lead us through forging our very own rings of copper and brass using a variety of hammers and texturing tools (Don't worry! No experience necessary!). She does beautiful work! We can't wait!

Instructor Bio

Beth Wicker has been creating in one media or another all her life. Her passions for color, texture and pattern have permeated her work in textiles, metals, paper and paint.

She has a BA in Art from Meredith College in N.C., an MFA from University of S.C. and has spent additional time studying at Cranbrook Academy of Art in Mich. and at Penland School of Arts and Crafts in N.C.

Beth is a juried member of the Artisans of the S.C. Cotton Trail and is a member of the N.C. Society of Goldsmiths. Her work is collected around the world and has earned numerous awards.
