Joyce M Jacobs is an author and artist member of Waterway Art Association. As a writer, I have written an adult novel, MOBILE ACRES which is about the people who live in this one mobile home park. I have begun writing on a sequel. As an artist, I have written and illustrated two picture books for children, The THUNDERSTORM and LAURA ANN & ME, and also a chapter book for readers ages ten through twelve, TRAILER PARK BRATS. 

I have also done the illustrations for three books by other authors. GOOBER...and MOXIE, for Claire K Connelly, and DADDY CAN'T PLAY NOW, by Dr. Phillip Barron.

One of my watercolor paintings was awarded a prize from Jerry's Artarama. I do commissioned paintings.

I am a mother of five and have lived in NorthCarolina for forty years...in Brunswick County since 1997.
